Returns:

Unworn/unwashed items may be shipped back to: Liberty Minded
The specific address to return the item to will be listed on your packing list.

Please note:
Returns on sale or promo items: Returns on sale items may incur an adjusted refund if only part of the order is returned. Please email us for more information. 

LibertyMinded must be notified of Returns within 72 hours of customer receiving merchandise.

Email us and we will promptly help you with the processing. Please do not send returns before alerting the staff at Liberty Minded. This may cause issues with processing the exchange or return. Refunds will be accredited to your account for the cost of the garments returned once they have been received at our facility. 

Shipping costs will not be refunded. Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs for returned items.

Please include the packing list (or a copy) with your returned item(s) so we may be able to identify your order and order number for reimbursement.

In the event a product is damaged, incorrect or missing, please notify the staff at  contact@libertyminded.com, we will be happy to assist you. 

All claims are subject to verification.

Exchanges will may require a re-order of the desired product through our website and we will refund the cost of the garments or other item. 

Once they have returned to our facility, if you decide not to exchange, see 'Return' section. Unfortunately shipping costs will not be refunded. Customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs. 

Please see our sizing charts for correct sizing to avoid any sizing issues.

Missing items: to protect against fraudulent claims, a record of shipping weights are kept on file; packages shipped with accurate weights are subject to nullified claims. If there is a variance in weight, the missing item will be promptly shipped to you at no cost. 

Damaged/Incorrect items: If you receive an incorrect item or damaged item, the staff at Liberty Minded will be happy to assist you in determining the error and correcting it. Typically to expedite the claim, customers are asked to provide as much information as possible; this would include pictures of the product where damage is visible, or shown tags to be the wrong size etc. Once we have evidence of damaged/incorrect item(s), we will promptly ship the replacement/correct item(s) at no cost to the customer. Your helping us by providing us this information is to also help improve and eliminate any issues in our product manufacturing process. 

If the customer is unable to provide photo evidence of damaged or incorrect items, they will be required to ship the items back to us with their packing list.

Once we have the order at our facility we will reship the corrected order at no cost & reimburse the original shipping costs of either your complete order or the relevant portion of your order that arrived damaged or incorrect to offset any additional shipping that you have had to do.
