Order Fulfillment

Most products are made to order and fulfilled automatically through our print partners. Production times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on the product and fulfillment location.

Some items—particularly limited runs or stocked inventory—are shipped directly from our local facility. These may require additional handling time.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping timeframes are based on carrier data and location. Typical delivery windows:

Domestic orders (U.S.): 3–10 business days after fulfillment
International orders: 7–21 business days after fulfillment (customs delays may apply)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, customs, or other factors are outside our control.


Split Shipments

If your order contains both print-on-demand and stocked items, they may ship separately. You'll receive tracking for each shipment when available.


Estimated Delivery Window

Total estimated wait time from order to delivery is typically 5–17 business days, depending on fulfillment method, shipping destination, and carrier performance.

This includes both production and transit time. Some orders may arrive sooner; others may experience delays beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived after 17 business days, feel free to contact us. We kindly ask that you wait until this window has passed before reaching out.

Please note: our 7-day window for reporting damage or defects begins upon delivery, not from the order date.


Local Stock Orders

Orders fulfilled from our local inventory are shipped once per week, usually on weekends. We do not offer daily drop-offs or scheduled pickups. This may result in longer handling times for certain items.


Tracking & Delivery Issues

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

Check with neighbors or your local post office
Contact the shipping carrier for investigation
Then contact us using our contact form if you still need assistance

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
Include your order number and photos (if damaged)
We will work with our print partners or carriers to resolve the issue


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on order weight, destination, and fulfillment location. In some cases, free or flat-rate shipping promotions may apply.


Expedited or Overnight Shipping? 

We have decided to discontinue offering expedited or overnight shipping. Most of our products are made to order through print-on-demand, which includes a production timeline before shipping begins. It’s important for expectations to be clear; speedy delivery isn't possible without sacrificing quality, transparency, or consistency.
